Practice Manager - Architecture
As Practice Manager, you will;
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Practice to ensure efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise resource allocation and service delivery.
- Oversee budgets, ensuring cost-effective practices are maintained across operations.
- Lead and support a team of facilities staff, ensuring performance targets are met.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Prepare reports and updates for senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across the department.
