The role requires someone who can confidently manage multiple fast-paced schemes at once, uphold exceptional delivery standards and represent the business with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

  • Oversee delivery from pre-start through to handover, ensuring programme, quality and client expectations are consistently met.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to maintain smooth project flow.
  • Lead site meetings, produce progress reports and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure design information is coordinated, accurate and aligned with client requirements.
Commercial & Financial Management
  • Take full ownership of project budgets, cost control, variations and valuations.
  • Work closely with commercial teams to protect margin and maintain financial clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and profitable.
Health, Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure all works comply with H&S legislation and internal procedures.
  • Conduct site inspections, review RAMS and maintain safe working environments.
  • Promote a positive safety culture across all sites.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth delivery experience.
  • Manage expectations proactively and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
  • Deliver projects that reinforce the company's reputation for quality and reliability.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects (CAT A, CAT B, Shell & Core).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple small works projects simultaneously.
  • Solid commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets, variations and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage subcontractors.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, high-standards environment with clear processes and expectations.
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred.
What's on Offer
  • Opportunity to work within a respected, established contractor with a strong industry reputation.
  • Exposure to a wide range of commercial fit-out schemes across the South and Midlands.
  • A professional, supportive environment with high delivery standards and strong repeat-client relationships.
