We are recruiting for a Boutique Business Manager to join the Nespresso Selfridges team based on Oxford Street. This is a diverse and exciting role that will see you drive a culture of elevated customer experience to positively impact both boutique and omni-channel commercial success. This role will establish a positive and consistent Nespresso brand presence, inspiring their teams who will story-tell and exceed the expectations of every customer in boutique.

Your impact
Ultimately, you will be responsible for the overall commercial success of the boutique, driving new acquisition, while maintaining consistent standards that represent the Nespresso brand identity.
Your other key responsibilities will include:
Continuously improve and innovate, analysing customer sales, service data and KPIs, using this insight to drive and elevate customer experience journey.
Building a strong relationship with the Selfridges partnership, maximise opportunities to collaborate and grow our influence within the department store.
Focus on strategic planning, team development and nurturing all internal and external relationships to strengthen the business.
Identifying opportunities to elevate and optimise the Nespresso brand in the boutique’s location, working with internal and external stakeholders to make this a success.
Developing an annual strategy unique to their boutique and the Selfridges partnership and owning the delivery of the associated action plan.
Working in partnership with Trade Development Managers to ensure strong collaboration and mutually beneficial relationships with local trade partners.
Empowering yourself and the team to communicate our brand purpose, vision and stories to exceed the expectations of every customer.
Set the expectations for our customer focussed approach at a local level, working with the Boutique Leader to ensure a consistent Nespresso customer experience in store with an outstanding level of service.
Lead the boutique through the Boutique Leader, coaching and mentoring them to achieve positive growth.
Lead and support wider business projects on a variety of topics.
Your ingredients for success
To be successful in this role you will have the passion to lead your boutique and the Selfridges relationship to commercial success and the care to cultivate a team who promote our unique brand experience and Nespresso Story. You will have an agile approach to decision making whilst demonstrating the ability to problem solve and innovate.
Other key attributes include:
Experience in fast-paced customer facing environments providing exemplary levels of service.
Experience in contributing and delivering a customer experience strategy.
Proven track record of professional experience in direct customer sales.
Experience of managing and motivating a team.
Proven track record of delivering results in a target-based environment.
Experience of sharing information/insight confidently across varying levels of stakeholders.
Can demonstrate an understanding of effective coaching and providing feedback to support others succeed in our business.
Ability to develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
