Working alongside the wider premises team, you will help ensure the school site remains operational and ready for daily use.

Key Areas of Responsibility

The Premises Officer will support the smooth running of the site by maintaining facilities and responding to routine operational needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in premises, caretaking, or maintenance roles

  • Ability to carry out basic repairs safely

  • Awareness of health and safety procedures

  • Good organisational and time management skills

  • Reliability and attention to detail

  • Confidence working independently when required

Experience within a school or similar environment would be advantageous.
