A well-established independent secondary school in Fulham is seeking to appoint a reliable Premises Officer to support the day-to-day management of the school buildings and grounds. This is a varied, practical role suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining safe, clean, and well-functioning facilities.

Working alongside the wider premises team, you will help ensure the school site remains operational and ready for daily use.

Key Areas of Responsibility

The Premises Officer will support the smooth running of the site by maintaining facilities and responding to routine operational needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Opening and closing the school site

  • Carrying out routine inspections of buildings and equipment

  • Completing basic maintenance and minor repair work

  • Monitoring fire alarms, security systems, and lighting

  • Supporting room setups for lessons and school events

  • Supervising contractors working on site

  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety across outdoor areas

You will also support health and safety routines by identifying potential hazards and reporting maintenance concerns.
