Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a permanent Occupational Therapist to join its client’s Specialist School team in Mitcham, supporting children and young people with complex needs including autism, SEMH, ADHD, and associated conditions.

What will your responsibilities be?
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based OT interventions
- Assess and support pupils with sensory, motor, and functional needs
- Develop and implement individual therapy plans
- Collaborate with education and care teams to embed therapeutic strategies
- Contribute to EHCPs and attend review meetings
- Promote independence and participation in school life

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN
- Knowledge of sensory integration and functional assessments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and therapeutic best practice
