Studio Designer

As a Studio Designer at Eeze, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual aesthetics of Live Casino studios. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical team, suppliers and other designers, you’ll lead and coordinate physical visual studio interior design processes and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Execute all design stages from initial concept to final product, ensuring a cohesive and visually compelling outcome.
- Develop and create detailed studio interior design specifications, focusing on aesthetics, functionality, and alignment with client requirements.
- Translate client specifications into comprehensive design briefs that guide the creative process.
- Produce high-quality 3D models and renders that accurately represent design concepts and intended final products.
- Participate actively in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas and solutions.
- Present designs and concepts to various teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs as necessary.
- Prepare design files meticulously for print and production, ensuring all technical requirements are met.
- Lead and manage projects by coordinating with internal teams, external agencies, production services, and suppliers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with producers, project managers, tech teams, and suppliers to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and production-viable design execution.
- Ensure technical precision in all output – from digital files for production to physical material selections and layout documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 3+ years' experience in interior design or set design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant experience.
- Proficient in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Corona, etc.
- Experience in Unreal Engine and After Effects is considered an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in iGaming industry will be considered an advantage.
- Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
- Working knowledge of Unreal Engine, After Effects, or similar real-time visualization tools.
- Understanding of lighting and camera dynamics in a live production environment.
