With more than 180 indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs, our Lifeguard teams play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of all users, coordinating the lifeguard team, and ensuring that pool operation meets the highest standards. Supervising and motivating the lifeguard team, ensuring pool areas are kept safe and operating smoothly. Ensure that all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to. Perform pool testing and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company policies. Train and support first responders in their tasks, sharing best practices and fostering an environment of continuous learning.
