- Drive full–funnel campaigns that support acquisition, retention and brand growth objectives
- Own budget planning, forecasting and performance optimisation across multiple markets
- Lead the development of testing frameworks to improve creative effectiveness and campaign performance
- Build, develop and manage specialist teams while creating clear accountability and performance standards
- Strengthen collaboration across marketing functions to improve efficiency, consistency and speed to market
- Previous experience leading both paid and organic social functions within a performance–driven environment
- Extensive experience managing significant social advertising budgets with clear commercial accountability
- Strong understanding of creative strategy, testing methodologies and full–funnel marketing approaches
- Experience developing reporting frameworks that support profitable growth and informed decision–making
- Proven ability to build integrated strategies across multiple marketing channels and international markets
