Property Manager
- Knowledge of building management and maintenance legislative requirements
- Confident negotiating with surveyors, contractors and tenants
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage a busy workload
- Competent use of IT systems including Word, Excel and PowerPoint What is on offer - Circa £50,000
- Permanent, full time
