Salary: £15.30 per hour (Level 2) | £16.30 per hour (Level 3) | £14.80 per hour (unqualified)
Hours: Full-time | 4 days per week | 10 hours per day | Permanent, all year round

What You’ll Do

As a Nursery Nurse , you’ll help provide child-led, high-quality early years care , ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and able to thrive. You will:

• Support the learning, development, and wellbeing of children under 3

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and age-appropriate activities

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide outstanding care and education

• Follow nursery policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of practice

• Promote diversity, equality, and inclusion throughout the setting

• Build positive, respectful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a team member who is warm, attentive, and passionate about children’s development . You will ideally have:

• A full and relevant Early Years Qualification – preferred

• Experience working with children under 5 – essential

• Strong spoken and written English – essential

• A flexible, positive, and proactive approach

• Creativity and the ability to plan and deliver engaging daily activities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A strong commitment to safeguarding and protecting children

• The ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team

• Willingness to complete a DBS check and provide references
