Full-Time | Permanent | London About the Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an internationally renowned luxury fashion house within Harrods . We are looking for a polished, commercially driven Sales Associate with a genuine passion for luxury retail and exceptional client service. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a prestigious fashion brand, build long-term relationships with a discerning clientele, and thrive within one of the world's most iconic luxury retail destinations. Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience from first interaction through to after-sales service. Build and maintain a strong client book through proactive clienteling and CRM. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs. Develop expert product knowledge and confidently communicate the brand's craftsmanship and collections. Maximise sales through cross-selling and styling recommendations. Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards. Support stock replenishment, inventory management, and day-to-day boutique operations. Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an outstanding customer journey. About You Previous experience within luxury fashion retail is essential. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with VIP and international clientele. Commercially minded with excellent communication skills. Passionate about luxury fashion and delivering world-class service. Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail. Flexible to work weekends and peak trading periods. Additional languages are highly desirable. What's on Offer Full-time, permanent opportunity.
