Luxury restaurant and bar OXO Tower Restaurant, Bar & Brasserie is seeking an exceptional Head Bartender to join our iconic riverside destination on London’s South Bank.

As Head Bartender, you will be a key ambassador of the OXO Tower experience, delivering elevated, memorable service while leading the bar team with confidence, precision, and personality.

• Lead the bar with professionalism and flair, ensuring every guest receives attentive, seamless, and engaging service throughout their visit.

• Prepare and serve exceptional cocktails, wines, spirits, and premium beverages to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

• Support the Bar Management team in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow during busy lunch, dinner, and late-night periods.

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of classic cocktails, contemporary serves, premium spirits, wines, and seasonal menus, confidently guiding guests with tailored recommendations.

• Train, mentor, and inspire junior bartenders and bar support staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous development.

• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and stock control across all bar areas.

• Build genuine rapport with guests, creating a warm, sophisticated, and memorable atmosphere that reflects the iconic OXO Tower brand.

• Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism, confidence, and discretion.

• Support stock management, ordering processes, and bar preparation to ensure operational efficiency at all times.

• Show flexibility and commitment, particularly during evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods.

Is this you?

• Do you have experience as a Head Bartender or Senior Bartender within a premium restaurant, luxury hotel, or high-volume cocktail bar?

• Are you confident leading a team and maintaining composure during fast-paced service?

• Do you possess strong cocktail knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional drinks and guest experiences?

• Is your attention to detail second to none?

• Are you a natural leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and support those around you?
