This role is based in our London Farringdon office (EC1A 1AA) three days per week.

We’re looking for an experienced Head of International Pricing to lead strategy across our international parcels and letters portfolio.
This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of our pricing function, shaping strategy, driving commercial performance, and ensuring pricing decisions deliver sustainable growth, competitiveness and value across global markets.
About the Role
As Head of International Pricing, you’ll lead the strategy and delivery of pricing across our international portfolio, ensuring strong commercial performance and long-term growth.
You’ll partner closely with the International Business Unit and senior stakeholders to shape pricing decisions, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with wider business priorities.
You will also:
- Define and deliver the international pricing strategy and roadmap
- Develop and maintain pricing frameworks and policies across all channels
- Generate insight through market analysis, competitor benchmarking and performance KPIs
- Lead pricing for major customer contracts, tenders and new propositions
- Influence senior stakeholders, including Director and C-suite level
- Lead and develop a high-performing pricing team
About You
You’re a strategic, commercially driven leader with strong analytical capability and the confidence to influence at the highest levels.
You will bring:
- Strong commercial acumen and financial expertise
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
- Excellent analytical and decision making capability
- Experience shaping pricing strategy in a complex environment
- Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex decisions
- Leadership experience, developing high-performing teams
Desirable:
- Experience in international, e-commerce or logistics markets
- Knowledge of regulated environments
- Understanding of pricing governance and implementation
