Role and Responsibilities

Define and lead the technology strategy and digital transformation agenda across Digital teams
Develop and implement global architecture roadmaps to modernise the bank’s technology ecosystem
Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including C-suite and Board members, to ensure technology initiatives align with business objectives
Lead and mentor a team of Strategy Leads and Architects, driving innovation, performance, and continuous improvement
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to create competitive advantage and future-proof the organisation’s digital capabilities
Skills and Experience

10+ years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and IT transformation within large, global organisations
Proven leadership in digital transformation, particularly across infrastructure, platforms, and service management domains
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a history of influencing executive leadership and delivering strategic outcomes
In-depth knowledge of financial services technologies, including cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), networks, digital workplace solutions, data platforms, AI and Generative AI
Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, SAFe, ITIL Strategic Leader, and cloud provider accreditations
Outstanding communication, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities.
