A forward-thinking boys’ 11–18 school in Kingston is seeking a skilled IT Technician to join the technical support team.
About the School
The school is technologically progressive with a strong digital learning strategy. Staff receive training in cybersecurity, network systems and cloud-based support.
Role Responsibilities
• Maintaining hardware, software and school network systems
• Classroom tech support – interactive screens, printers, devices
• User management, password resets & access permissions
• Assisting with IT upgrades and development projects
• Responding to staff and student support tickets
Requirements
• Previous IT support experience (education desirable)
• Knowledge of Windows, networks, troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach
• Ability to prioritise and manage workload independently
