We’re recruiting a Technical Services Manager (Lifts) on behalf of a leading global property and facilities management organisation. This is an opportunity to join a respected, high-performing technical services team delivering excellence across multiple client sites.

You’ll combine deep technical knowledge with commercial understanding to manage lift and escalator operations from strategy to delivery — ensuring safety, compliance, and continual improvement across a diverse, fast-paced portfolio.

What you’ll be doing

* Managing the full lifecycle of lift and escalator operations from surveys and PPM to upgrades and contractor performance

* Providing expert advice to clients and internal stakeholders on technical, statutory, and best-practice standards

* Producing detailed reports, lifecycle forecasts, and value-for-money recommendations

* Driving improvement initiatives that enhance safety, sustainability, and service quality

* Supporting business development with your technical insight and sector expertise

What we’re looking for

* Engineering qualification (Degree, HND/HNC or equivalent)

* EAL NVQ Unit EOR202 – Basic Lift Safety (or equivalent)

* Proven experience managing lift/escalator maintenance or projects

* Confident communicator, able to influence and build relationships at all levels

* Strong commercial awareness with excellent reporting and analytical skills

* Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)

* UK driving licence required
