Job Title: KS1/KS2 Primary Teacher

Pay Range: £40,317 - £52,300 - depending on experience

ANZUK Education is working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Greenwich seeking a KS1/KS2 Teacher to join their team from September. This full-time position offers the opportunity to take on a Key Stage 1/2 class, delivering engaging and creative lessons while supporting pupils in their early stages of education within a nurturing environment.

The school is known for its strong leadership and collaborative staff culture, creating an environment where teachers are supported to deliver high-quality teaching and achieve strong pupil outcomes.

This KS1 Teacher role in Greenwich would suit experienced Primary Teachers or confident ECTs looking to further develop their teaching practice within Key Stage 1/2.

Key Responsibilities of KS1 Teacher:

Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to KS1 pupils.

Maintain high expectations for pupil progress, behaviour and engagement.

Support pupils’ social, emotional and personal development.

Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress effectively.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (essential).

Be a confident ECT or experienced teacher within Key Stage 1.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.

Maintain high expectations for pupil progress, behaviour and engagement.

Show a clear commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with staff and families.
