Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Deliver the 'best in class' operational standards for the back of house areas within store Operations
* Manage inventory flow to minimise shrink loss through operational excellence
* Maximise the potential of all product categories through replenishment systems in order to secure price and size integrity
* Manage inventory counting activities on a regular basis
* Managing the movement of product between the back of house and sales areas in order to enhance the client journey
