Key Responsibilities – Luxury Asia Travel Consultant:

• Design and sell tailor-made holidays across Asia.
• Provide expert travel advice and destination knowledge to clients, ensuring a high level of personalisation and customer satisfaction.
• Create detailed and compelling travel itineraries using handpicked hotels, experiences, and local partnerships.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process from initial enquiry to booking confirmation and after-sales care.
• Work closely with global suppliers and local ground handlers to ensure the highest service standards.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to share insights and contribute to content creation.
• Attend training sessions, industry events, and fam trips as required.

Luxury Asia Travel Consultant – Essential Requirements:

• Experience in a travel sales role selling Sri Lanka and Thailand within an established luxury tour operator or luxury travel agency – essential.
• First-hand travel experience within Asia.
• A deep passion for Asia, with cultural understanding and a keen eye for crafting memorable travel experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Self-motivated and organised, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
