This key role involves teaching a broad range of artistic disciplines up to A-Level, including fine art, sculpture, and digital media.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver challenging, creative Art and Design lessons across all key stages.
• Organise and maintain the art studio, ensuring high standards of safety and display of student work.
• Guide students to develop technical skills, critical analyse, and conceptual understanding of art history and contemporary practice.
• Track student portfolio progress diligently, ensuring excellent examination results and successful university applications.
• Contribute actively to the creative life of the school, supporting exhibitions, workshops, and trips to London's galleries and theatres.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent and a relevant degree specialism in Fine Art or Art & Design.
• Proven experience teaching Art and Design at A-Level, with a strong portfolio of personal work and student outcomes.
• Technical proficiency across multiple artistic media.
