Sales Manager
How the role will make an impact:
The Specification Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales pipeline through strategic sales planning. The role will be key in ensuring A360 is market leaders by generating sales opportunities through lead management, sales calls and customer support.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients and new opportunities to expand our customer base and market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors and decision-makers within key customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to land new projects and capitalise on emerging trends in defined regions or segments.
- Serve as a principal point of escalation for clients regarding key projects and clients seeking product specifications and project delivery information.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Engineering and Operations to ensure accurate and timely responses to client enquiries and to ensure projects are delivered to time, quality and budget.
- Generate sales to support overall Access 360 order intake pipeline, supplying Customer Account managers with sufficient requirements to deliver the best service and experience to the customer.
- Track and manage projects as well as the sales pipeline updating the ExCo and A360 Leadership team as required.
- Analyse market data to identify potential areas for product improvements working in collaboration with other functions as required.
- Recommend strategic initiatives to drive long-term, sustainable growth of the A360 business.
- Support the business where required to deliver specific sales campaigns, new product launches and sales forecasting as required.
- Develop, agree and deliver in line with A360 and Group guideline a marketing approach to generate customer engagement and increase sales pipeline.
- Deliver when agreed and appropriate CPDs to the market to educate and generate future sales opportunities.
Key Skills:
- Proven track record of success in technical sales.
- Strong understanding of product specifications, technical requirements and solution selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently but also be a team player.
- Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
