THE ROLE & WHY IT EXISTS
We’re hiring an experienced Product Manager to help shape the future of our platform as we scale our Product Team. In this role, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of two key areas of the Gravitee product suite.
You’ll lead the product vision for your product area, handling technical and design decision-making, and collaborating with go-to-market stakeholders. This role spans discovery, design, delivery, and pre-sales. You’ll be involved in customer-facing work like roadmap pitches, prospect demos, and feedback loops.
You’ll be both a strategist and a doer. You’ll shape vision, validate ideas with users, manage escalations, and own high-impact decisions. This isn’t a feature-factory role; it’s a true PM seat at the centre of product, tech, and growth.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Your daily to-do list will feature some or all of the following, but is not limited to:
Own the product vision and roadmap for a critical area of Gravitee’s platform
Partner with design to validate concepts, research problems, and drive feature vision
Collaborate with engineering leads and product owners during ideation and planning
Triage escalations and provide strategic input on feature prioritization
Run customer discovery, support pre-sales, and present roadmaps to clients and prospects
Inform go-to-market planning and contribute to sales enablement and documentation
Define and report on key product KPIs, driving continuous improvement
Champion customer needs internally and ensure excellent developer experience
ESSENTIAL SKILLS The right candidate will possess at least the following skills:
3+ years of product management experience, with enterprise SaaS or platform products.
Proven track record owning enterprise-grade SaaS products
Strong technical fluency, comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, and scalability trade-offs.
Ability to turn customer insights into strategy, not just features.
Strong communicator, able to tailor message to engineers and executives.
Hands-on with Agile, backlog grooming, and roadmap ownership.
Data-driven decision maker: comfortable defining, tracking, and reporting product KPIs.
NICE TO HAVES
Previous engineering background
Experience with Kubernetes, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, ...), microservices, or event-driven architectures.
Familiarity with API management, security-first design, or regulated industries
Previous experience in a scale-up or high-growth environment.
