ABOUT THE ROLE
The Commercial Campaign Manager role will support ONMO’s Commercial Strategy Lead by planning, executing, and optimising targeted commercial campaigns aimed at driving customer engagement, activation, utilisation, and lifecycle growth. This role plays a critical part in delivering data-driven marketing and communication initiatives across the customer journey - from customer onboarding, through account use, to interventions aimed at improving customer retention.
The Commercial Campaign Manager will ensure campaigns are measurable, impactful, and aligned with responsible lending principles.
Key Success Measures:
- Identifying and implementing data-centric commercial campaigns
- Timely delivery and successful execution of campaigns aligned with strategic objectives.
- Measurable uplift in KPIs you are responsible for.
- Clear, actionable reporting that informs the business on campaign success as well as continuous campaign improvement.
- Consistent adherence to regulatory and responsible lending standards across all communications.
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Analytics
- Review our customer portfolio, gathering data to identify optimisation opportunities that will achieve business objectives
- Pull selection criteria to support campaigns that you will run.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and report on impact against key KPIs such as activation rates, utilisation, retention, and arrears reduction.
- Present the performance and impact to KPIs in internal forums.
- Gather & use data insights to suggest improvements to further iterations, be that creative or selection criteria.
- Suggest different ways to test campaigns to maximise their effectiveness.
- Campaign Planning & Execution
- Assist in the end-to-end management of multi-channel campaigns that drive customer engagement and company objectives.
- Develop detailed campaign plans, timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Credit Risk and Operations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of all campaigns across all channels.
- Support targeted campaigns that encourage app downloads, first spend activation, and ongoing usage.
- Help design and implement interventions aimed at improving credit limit increase eligibility, rewards and customer retention.
- Develop engaging customer communications that promote responsible credit use and informed decision-making.
- Regulatory & Risk Compliance
- Work closely with our Compliance team to ensure all customer messaging meets regulatory and brand standards.
- Ensure all campaign activities comply with relevant regulatory guidelines and internal risk policies.
- Maintain awareness of Consumer Duty and responsible lending requirements, embedding these principles into campaign design and execution.
ABOUT YOU
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Data-savvy, comfortable working with SQL (or similar) to leverage data, identify trends and drive commercial campaign decisions
- Experience analysing performance metrics and using data insights to drive decisions.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing or commercial campaigns, ideally in financial services.
- Project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks related to consumer credit and responsible lending is desirable.
