Hours: 40 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days between 07:00 and 17:30
Salary: £32,603 per annum

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality, nutritious meals that make a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a dedicated Junior Sous Chef to join our team at the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability in London.
In this vital role, you’ll support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff, ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional meals across patient dining, retail outlets, and hospitality services. You’ll play a key part in preparing texture-modified meals that meet IDDSI standards, working closely with our Dieticians and Speech and Language Therapists to meet individual patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing kitchen production and staff
- Ensure high standards in food preparation and presentation
- Deliver IDDSI-compliant meals for patients
- Support retail and hospitality food services
- Collaborate with clinical teams to meet dietary requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven team management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Computer literacy
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of IDDSI standards
