Talent Acquisition Partner - Technology
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and make a real impact on how we attract and hire talent.
You'll own end-to-end recruitment, working as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across different departments and markets. This is a hands-on role where your sourcing expertise, stakeholder relationships, and commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences will directly shape our success.
What you'll do:
· Manage full recruitment lifecycles from job posting through to offer and day 1 onboarding, ensuring smooth, efficient processes
· Use your direct sourcing skills across LinkedIn, talent pools, job boards, social media, and creative channels to find exceptional candidates
· Build proactive pipelines of passive talent for hard-to-fill and high-demand roles
· Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and external agencies as a trusted talent advisor
· Provide market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and talent landscape analysis to inform hiring decisions
· Champion diversity and inclusion through inclusive sourcing strategies and fair, unbiased candidate evaluation
· Track key recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and report on hiring effectiveness
· Represent Bauer at recruiting events, career fairs, and workshops supporting our DEI and Social Value initiatives
· Travel to BMG offices and events as required
What we’re looking for…
· Proven in-house recruitment experience managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously
· Strong direct sourcing skills with demonstrated success finding both passive and active candidates
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities—you build trust easily and influence at all levels
· Experience with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines
· Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences at every touchpoint
· Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn and grow
Desirable:
· Additional language skills beyond English
· Knowledge of employment law and hiring compliance
· Experience recruiting across multiple markets or international locations
