Job Title: Corporate Tax Advisory & Compliance Assistant Manager
Location: London (Hybrid - Canary Wharf)

Join a leading team advising UK and international businesses on a broad range of corporate tax matters, from business change and restructuring to international expansion and global tax developments.
The Role
- Act as a key contact for a portfolio of clients on day-to-day tax matters
- Support on advisory projects including reorganisations, refinancing, and international expansion
- Provide UK corporation tax input and collaborate with international teams
- Keep clients informed on emerging tax developments (e.g. BEPS Pillar 2)
- Support delivery of corporate tax compliance services
- Supervise and coach junior team members
- Assist with client account management and business development
About You
- Strong UK corporation tax experience
- Confident managing clients and multiple projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Commercial, proactive and client-focused
