  • Monitor programme performance and proactively manage risks, delays, and site challenges

  • Drive exceptional standards of workmanship, ensuring compliance with conservation requirements, technical specifications, and client expectations

  • Work closely with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, architects, heritage specialists, and design teams

  • Oversee logistics planning, sequencing of works, and site coordination activities, particularly within occupied, sensitive, or historically significant environments

  • Support cost control and commercial performance in collaboration with the wider project team

  • Chair site meetings and provide regular progress updates and reports

  • Promote a collaborative, solutions-focused culture on site

  • Able to thrive in complex project environments while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications preferred

  • A passion for delivering high-quality projects that preserve, enhance, and celebrate some of the UK's most iconic and historic buildings
