Job Description

2026 Food & Drink Engineering Maintenance Apprenticeship Programme
Location: Edmonton

If you enjoy hands-on work and want to improve your technical skills while studying for a Food & Drink Engineering Maintenance qualification, this programme might be perfect for you. You'll have the chance to study while working with our skilled team members, receiving on-the-job coaching and learning opportunities, all while earning an academic qualification. No previous technical experience is necessary; we're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and motivated to grow in this role.

Our 2026 apprenticeship programme is open and waiting for your application!

At CCEP, we believe in attracting new talent to our business and valuing the innovation that a diverse workforce brings. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and experiences, with a particular focus on improving gender balance in manufacturing.

In return, you'll join an organisation that invests in your development and offers top-notch learning opportunities to help you succeed in the FMCG sector and advance your career.

Our Engineering apprenticeship programme offers the following:

  • A four-year programme that will immerse you in Engineering operations, working closely with our site teams and educational partner who will support your studies.
  • The first five months will be a full-time residential experience with other CCEP engineering apprentices at the Northwest Training Council in Liverpool, with accommodation fully funded by CCEP. After this residential phase, you'll return to your CCEP Manufacturing site to continue your on-the-job learning.
  • Upon successful completion of the programme, you'll achieve a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Food and Drink Maintenance Engineering.
  • Your starting salary for the program is £26,425 with annual salary reviews.
  • We also offer excellent benefits, including 25 days of annual leave (with an option to purchase up to 10 additional days), a pension scheme, access to 24/7 Wellbeing programs (Employee Assistance Program and Doctor Care Anywhere), and flexible benefits to suit your needs.
  • You'll be joining a world-class organisation that prioritises an inclusive and diverse workplace, employee wellbeing, and exceptional training and development throughout your career.

What we expect from you:

  • We expect you to have at least GCSE grade 4 (or equivalent) in Maths and English. We welcome applicants who may have faced barriers to education or have disabilities; please let us know if you require adjustments to meet these criteria.
  • You should also demonstrate an interest in manufacturing, a willingness to learn, and a strong desire to complete the program and become an accomplished engineer.
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK and have lived in the UK for a minimum of three years.

The closing date for applications is 28/11/25. We reserve the right to close this advertisement early if we receive a high volume of applications. To ensure you are considered for this role, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
