Size Group's Property Care division offers premier property management services to the luxury residential market. Specialising in both planned and reactive maintenance - from routine pool cleaning and servicing of boilers, lifts, and air conditioning units to gutter maintenance and decoration updates.We now seek an energetic and meticulous Junior Property Manager to join our London based team.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Property Manager to support the management and day-to-day operations of our portfolio of London properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in property management, with full training and development provided.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn. You'll work alongside experienced team members, gaining valuable exposure to luxury residential property management while developing your technical knowledge and professional skills.
You will work professionally and confidently with team members, clients, and stakeholders to:
Assist with regular property inspections and reporting.
Support the management of client requests, ensuring a prompt and professional response.
Help coordinate planned maintenance, including servicing, safety inspections, and seasonal property checks.
Liaise with contractors and suppliers to arrange repairs and maintenance works.
Monitor the general condition of properties, furnishings, and appliances, escalating any issues where necessary.
Assist with coordinating minor refurbishment projects and interior updates.
Maintain property records, maintenance schedules, asset registers, and property manuals.
Support compliance activities, including monitoring gas safety, electrical certifications, fire safety requirements, and water hygiene testing.
Assist with keyholding arrangements and coordination of access for deliveries, contractors, and visitors.
Obtain quotations for works, process invoices, and assist with budget tracking and administration.
Provide general administrative support to the wider Property Management team.
About You
The successful Junior Property Manager will bring the following skills and qualities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to travel between London-based properties and the head office.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
A proactive and positive approach, with a willingness to learn and develop.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Professional, discreet, and client-focused in your approach.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
An interest in property management, facilities management, construction, or luxury residential property.
Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, property, hospitality, or facilities-related role would be beneficial but is not essential.
A full UK driving licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
