Sales Manager - AI-Powered Paid Social Creative Technology

The role:
As Sales Manager, you’ll lead commercial growth for the agency’s cutting-edge AI creative platform — already in high demand with major ecommerce, fashion and retail brands. You’ll convert inbound interest, build a high-quality pipeline and turn conversations into long-term client partnerships. Working closely with the product and creative strategy teams, you’ll translate the technology’s capabilities into compelling commercial stories that demonstrate clear ROI and creative agility.

Salary c£40-50K + bonus (to 50%), 3 days per week in the London office required.

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years’ experience in SaaS, martech, adtech or creative tech sales.

• Proven record of winning deals in the £20k–£150k ACV range.

• Ability to run the full sales cycle — from discovery and demo to negotiation and close.

• Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and turning tech features into business impact.

• Natural curiosity about AI, automation, and paid social innovation.
