Come and join our award winning teams – we are currently recruiting for a Head of Hospitality, Events and Experience to work with us on a wonderful, national B&I contract.
Location: National position but ideal base would be commutable to London or Birmingham with travel required
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday
Job Purpose:
We are looking to recruit a Head of Hospitality, Events and Experience to be responsible on a national contract for the strategic planning, leadership and execution of high quality events and client experiences to meet financial goals and exceed guest/client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Development:
Develop and implement event strategies, operational plans, and quality assurance mechanisms to enhance client experiences and achieve business objectives.
Event Execution:
Oversee the end-to-end planning, setup, and delivery of diverse events, National events across over 50 locations in one day, working with third party suppliers as well as on site teams
Financial Management:
Manage commercial budgets, monitor performance against financial targets, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best value and maximise revenue. Build Financial proposals and presentations for all National events along with briefing brochures for all sites
Client & Stakeholder Relations:
Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
Supplier & Vendor Management:
Liaise with and manage external suppliers and contractors to ensure efficient logistics and a high standard of service delivery.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain robust processes to ensure all events and services meet agreed quality standards, safety regulations, and customer expectations.
Operational Efficiency:
Drive improvements in event processes, leverage systems for documentation and management, and ensure a smooth flow from planning to event conclusion.
Essential Skills
- Operational Expertise : Proven experience in large-scale event planning, logistics, and delivery.
- Financial Acumen : Experience in budgeting, P&L management, and financial analysis.
- Customer Service Excellence : A passion for service and the ability to deliver exceptional experiences to guests.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders and clients
Detail-Oriented : Thoroughness and a strong attention to detail are critical for event success.
* Previous multi site ideally National experience
* Confident to prepare high level costed proposals
* Confident to liaise with senior stakeholders
* We do need to ensure they understand it is national with travel and they will also need to prepare high level costed proposals and liaise with senior stakeholders
