• Supporting and mentoring your team
• Building strong, warm relationships with children and parents
• Ensuring top-notch safeguarding and health & safety
What You’ll Need:
• Level 3 qualification in Childcare
• Previous experience working in a nursery setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A love for messy play, storytelling, and tiny triumphs!
