You’ll lead a sharp service team, own the orderbook, and be the go-to expert for your customer group — keeping sales, stock and service perfectly aligned.
What you’ll own
- Lead, coach and upskill the team — tools, training, performance and KPIs.
- Build and manage accurate orderbooks that hit customer needs and business targets.
- Analyse orders, flag risks early, and fix blockers before they become delays.
- Partner daily with Sales, Logistics and Warehouse to keep deliveries smooth.
- Be the trusted face to key customers — clear comms, strong relationships, occasional visits.
What you’ll bring
- SDI / Frasers Group experience. Essential.
- Confident people leader: positive, urgent, and solutions-first.
- Commercially aware, super organised, obsessed with detail.
- Solid Excel / MS Office skills.
