Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of SEO to lead our search engine optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility, drive traffic, and improve search engine rankings across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor the SEO team to execute on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and web development teams to optimize website content and structure.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics and provide actionable insights and reports.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Manage SEO tools and platforms to track rankings, traffic, and other key performance indicators.
• Coordinate with external agencies and partners as needed to support SEO initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in SEO with a track record of success in leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development principles.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
