Your New Role...

Join the Creative Services and Marketing teams at WBD where youll play a handson role supporting the ideation creation localisation and delivery of bestinclass creative assets and marketing materials across Theatrical Home Entertainment Consumer Products Games and wider global initiatives.

This placement offers genuine responsibility within a supportive creative environment an ideal opportunity to build strong foundations for a future career in design creative production or marketing.

There are a variety of Placement positions within the Creative Services Design division therefore the below job description is not exhaustive of all activities you may undertake during your internship.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Assist with the sourcing organisation and management of creative and marketing assets across various campaigns and platforms.
  • Support the creation adaptation and delivery of artwork and campaign materials in line with brand guidelines and market requirements.
  • Help maintain digital asset management systems and internal project trackers to ensure accurate uptodate information.
  • Contribute to creative requests presentations and eventrelated materials as needed.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to support the smooth running of daytoday creative and marketing operations.
  • Maintain project tracking documentation and timelines while working effectively to tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Learn and develop board range of creative skills including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Premiere Pro Illustrator InDesign).

Qualifications & Experience...

  • You must be a current University student in your 2ndyear of study looking to spend your 3rdyear on placement and graduating no earlier than July 2028.
  • Currently studying a creative graphic design media or relevant undergraduate course.
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign); additional tools are a bonus.
  • Strong organisational timemanagement and problemsolving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive adaptable and a quick learner with a strong ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Confident communicator who can collaborate effectively with peers and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrates creativity passion for film/entertainment and enthusiasm for developing design and marketing skills.

The Internship

  • Salary: 27000p/a
  • Contract Length: 12 months
  • Start Date:6thJuly 2026
  • You will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects.
  • You will have access to personal and professional development courses executive speakers series special screenings and more.
  • You will be part of our Early Talent network of over 100 interns & apprentices meaning you will have an important support network of other students graduates and apprentices and plenty of opportunities to socialise!

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model that combines remote and in-office work following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
