Chef De Partie
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for a chef who is eager to develop their skills and progress their career within a supportive, hands-on environment.
You will take ownership of a section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent quality, supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard
- Manage a designated section of the kitchen efficiently
- Assist in menu preparation
- Ensure food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained at all times
- Work collaboratively with the Head Chef/Owner
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas
Key Skills & Experience
Essential Skills
- Basic to intermediate cooking skills
- Good understanding of food hygiene (Level 2 Food Safety)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good time management and organisational ability
- Attention to detail and consistency in food quality
- Ability to work alone on occasions
Desirable Skills
- Experience in a caf , brunch, or casual dining environment
- Basic stock control and ordering experience
Working days: 5 in 7 Days per week (Usually Tue to Sat)
Hours: 7am to 3.30 each day
ALL Overtime Paid
