We’re currently working with an independent secondary school in Camden that is looking to appoint an experienced Admissions Officer to join its administrative team.

This is an important role within the school, supporting the admissions process from initial enquiries through to enrolment. You’ll be dealing with prospective families, maintaining accurate records and working closely with colleagues across the school.

It would suit someone who is highly organised, confident communicating with parents and comfortable managing confidential information.

The Role

You’ll take responsibility for a range of admissions and administrative duties, including:

• Managing admissions enquiries from prospective families

• Supporting applications and enrolment processes

• Maintaining accurate admissions records

• Updating school databases and student information

• Communicating with parents and prospective pupils

• Arranging meetings, visits and admissions appointments

• Preparing admissions documentation

• Liaising with internal departments regarding new starters

• Supporting admissions events and open days

• Producing reports and maintaining accurate records

• Handling confidential information appropriately

• Providing general administrative support when required

What We’re Looking For

The successful candidate will be professional, approachable and extremely organised.

Previous admissions experience within a school would be ideal, although candidates with strong administrative experience in education, private schools, colleges or similar settings are encouraged to apply.

You’ll need excellent communication skills, good IT knowledge and the ability to manage deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
