Assistant Store Manager (Retail)
Contract: Permanent
Shift pattern: Flexible to work weekdays and weekends - 37.5 hours per week

- Drive sales performance and ensure operational excellence within a luxury setting.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver first-class customer service.
- Champion our unique-to-Boots approach to eye care and optical consultation
- Maintain the impeccable presentation and atmosphere of the store.
- You will work with your team to assist customers and find the products and services that best meet their needs
- Complete management tasks such as creating and maintaining rotas, return to work reviews and performance management.
- Complete our industry-leading 'Step into Optics' training programme to help you develop your professional and clinical knowledge.
- Experience with high-end customer service and customer relationship management.
- Experience leading or coaching a team
- Desire to learn
- Experience working in a premium or luxury retail or hospitality environment.
- Experience working within an optical or clinical environment (not essential)
