French/English-Speaking Maternity Nanny (Live-out) – SE3, London

We’re a warm and organised family in SE3 looking for a Maternity Nanny to care for our six-month-old twin boys. We’re seeking someone loving, proactive and energetic who can help guide the babies through their next developmental stages - feeding, naps, and established routines - while creating a calm, nurturing atmosphere.

You’ll work closely with mum, who is on maternity, so confidence and good communication are key. We value initiative and positivity - someone who sees what needs doing and does it with care.

Main responsibilities:

Day-to-day care for the twins: feeding, changing, settling, maintaining existing routines

Supporting milestones such as weaning and nap transitions

Keeping baby areas clean and organised: bottles, nursery, toys, and general tidiness

Light household help, largely related to the children: unloading dishwasher, wiping down kitchen/living areas, children’s laundry

Collaborating with parents to ensure consistency and offer input on development and routines

About you:

Experience with babies (twin experience a plus but not required)

Confident managing two children at once

Warm, patient, and highly reliable

Energetic, self-motivated, and organised

Fluent French speaker, ideally native (both to help introduce the language, and to speak with mum who is bilingual)

Current DBS, Paediatric First Aid, and CPR certifications are highly beneficial

Excellent references (checkable by phone)

Details:

Location: SE3, South-East London

Schedule: Negotiable, but ideally 25-30 hours a week, with at least some afternoons 1-6pm.

Rate: £18–£19 net/hour DOE
