Part-time Nanny, 20 hours per week, Job ID J1DD92
A family in Hampstead Heath is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Nanny to provide attentive care for their toddler and two school-aged children. They are looking for someone experienced, warm, and reliable to take on all typical childcare duties. The family is open to a part-time nanny (20 hours per week) or can offer up to 35 hours for a nanny housekeeper who is happy to combine childcare with household duties. A Portuguese speaker is essential for this role, and a driver would be a bonus. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 20 to 35 hours per week PT: 20 hours (AFS/N - no housekeeping) FT: 35 hours (NHK)
Duties include:
- Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
- Encouraging early literacy by reading age-appropriate books
- Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support structure and development
- Keeping the children’s bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks suited to the children’s needs
