IMG are looking for an experienced Lead Producer to oversee and own the editorial aspects of the Esports World Cup and Esports Nations Cup Spotlight shows (EWC and ENC).

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Lead the development of features for the main show and social platforms, from idea to delivery

• Shape editorial tone and storytelling style across digital platforms.

• Work closely with the Live Producer and Executive Producer to ensure features integrate naturally into live formats

• Oversee feature producers, editors, reporters and contributors, setting clear creative direction

• Commission and develop original ideas rooted in gaming, pop culture, music and entertainment

• Own and manage the editorial delivery of the weekly highlights show

• Ensure content is optimised per platform

• Use performance insights to evolve formats and storytelling approaches

• Maintain fast turnaround without sacrificing quality or ambition

Knowledge and Experience

• Proven experience as a Producer leading teams and content for digital-first or hybrid live shows

• Previous experience on location and event base projects.

• Strong editorial judgement and ability to balance creativity across several teams.

• Deep understanding of social platforms and audience behaviour

• Comfortable managing multiple features in parallel under tight deadlines

• Confident collaborating across production, talent, and post-production teams

• An interest in esports or gaming is beneficial but not essential; strong editorial instincts and digital storytelling expertise are the priority.

Working Conditions

• This is a fixed-term contract role until 8th December 2026.

• This role is based at Stockley Park , with requirement to work onsite for productions in Riyadh, KSA.

• You will be required to travel and work on-site for the duration of events.

• You’ll usually work normal office hours, however, you will be required to work longer hours, including evening and weekend work during events and as dictated by the demands of the business schedule.
