Reception Teacher - About the Role

Aspire People is seeking a passionate and dedicated Reception Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hackney. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity starting from September 2025 (or sooner for the right candidate).

The successful candidate will join a vibrant Early Years team that values creativity, curiosity and child-led learning. You'll have the opportunity to shape the learning journey for our youngest pupils and inspire a lifelong love of learning.

* Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Create a nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued, safe and encouraged to succeed.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents to promote holistic development.
* Contribute to continuous improvement within the Early Years team and across the wider school community.

Reception Teacher - About You
We are looking for a teacher who is:
* Qualified with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
* Passionate about Early Years education and committed to helping children thrive.
* A reflective practitioner with excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* Collaborative, creative and eager to make a positive difference in children's early education.
