Delegated Authority Consultant
We’re looking for a Delegated Authority Consultant to join a thriving and expanding division of a market-leading insurance services provider. Working with a diverse portfolio of Lloyd’s and non-Lloyd’s clients, you’ll deliver hands-on support and strategic consultancy across a range of delegated authority operations.
In this key role, you’ll support the Head of Delegated Authority in managing a growing team, overseeing project delivery, driving process improvement, and contributing to the success of client relationships — all while helping to shape one of the most dynamic DA practices in the market.
We’re looking for someone with:
? Strong experience in delegated authority operations, audits, or compliance
? Proficiency with market systems such as Atlas, DCOM, DAM, DDM, Crystal, and Risk Locator
? The ability to deliver client-facing consulting services, from governance reviews to bordereaux management and Coverholder audits
? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – confident in presenting to senior leaders and drafting commercial proposals
? Experience mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team development
? A detail-driven, analytical approach with strong organisational skills
? Familiarity with process optimisation, data analytics, or automation tools is a plus
? Progress towards ACII or equivalent qualification is highly desirable
From policy drafting to DA oversight and governance, you’ll be a trusted consultant and subject matter expert, helping clients navigate complexity and deliver compliant, efficient delegated authority programmes.
This is more than just an operational role — it’s a chance to join a high-growth, values-driven business where innovation, collaboration, and continuous development are at the core.
Apply now and bring your delegated authority expertise to a consultancy that’s pioneering, inclusive, and empowering. For a confidential chat, reach out to [email protected].
