Senior Solicitor Commercial Real Estate
We are seeking a Senior Associate to join the Commercial Real Estate team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will ideally have 5-7 years' PQE from another leading City or highly regarded real estate practice. The role involves advising sophisticated developers, funds, investors, and operators on a wide range of commercial property matters.Key Responsibilities
- Acting on acquisitions for development, including identifying constraints and proposing commercially viable solutions
- Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including pre-lets and lease negotiations
- Preparing certificates of title and advising institutional funds and lenders
- Applying ESG principles across the asset lifecycle
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members
