Sephora Collection Field Manager
As our Field Manager, you will be the face of the SEPHORA Collection brand within our store network, playing a pivotal role in elevating brand performance and fostering a strong sense of community among our team members. You will be the go-to person for all things SEPHORA Collection, working closely with Retail, Training, Category Management, Trade Marketing, and our local and central SEPHORA Collection teams.
What You'll Do:
- Inspire & Lead: Embody and optimize the Captains program, creating engaging content, organizing events, and fostering a strong community (monthly meetings, conventions, seminars, store visits, challenges, etc.)
- Drive Sales: Fuel sales growth in existing stores and champion successful product launches in new stores.
- Retail Activations: Collaborate with Marketing teams to manage retail activations and events.
- Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, set up performance management, and reporting in collaboration with Retail, Finance, and HR.
- Communication Expert: Ensure seamless communication with Captains and store teams, adapting your style to connect with BAs, store management, and head office teams.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Partner with Category Management, HR, and Retail to recruit and onboard Captains candidates.
- Training & Development: Collaborate with the Training team to enhance the skills of Captains and BAs through brand and business training programs.
- Brand Ambassador: Serve as the primary point of contact for SEPHORA Collection, providing support and guidance to store staff and Retail teams.
- Strategic Collaboration & Coordination: Partner with cross-functional teams—including Category Management, Retail, Marketing, Training, HR, and global counterparts—to share brand priorities, optimize in-store activations, align on store initiatives, and ensure consistent training and communication. Gather feedback, address challenges, and share best practices to drive brand success and continuous improvement across the network.
