Partnership Director

Location: London, hybrid (2-3 days per week in Deliveroo HQ)
Salary: £80k+ & 10% bonus
Level: Director-level role with overall leadership of the Deliveroo Media partnership, its commercial performance and senior team.

About the role

We are looking for a Partnership Director to join our Deliveroo Media partnership . In this role, you’ll lead the strategic direction and commercial performance of the partnership, working closely with senior Deliveroo stakeholders to unlock new growth opportunities across CPG, media, data and strategic partnerships. You’ll also lead and develop the senior Deliveroo Media team, creating the culture and operating model needed to deliver ambitious, sustainable growth.

What you’ll do

Your days will be dynamic. You might find yourself:

• Setting the vision and strategic plan for the Deliveroo Media partnership, turning Deliveroo and SMG ambitions into clear annual priorities and a longer-term roadmap.

• Acting as the senior day-to-day owner of the partnership, building trusted relationships with senior Deliveroo stakeholders and keeping both businesses aligned on performance, priorities and growth.

• Owning the commercial performance of Deliveroo Media across revenue, margin and profitability, including annual planning, forecasting and pipeline management.

• Identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities across CPG advertisers, strategic partnerships, non-endemic brands, new categories and wider media propositions.

• Shaping the future Deliveroo Media proposition, including new formats, data capabilities, sponsored products and scalable commercial opportunities.

• Building senior relationships with priority CPG advertisers, agencies and decision-makers, positioning Deliveroo Media as a strategic commerce media partner.

What we’re looking for

• Significant commercial and business leadership experience, with a track record of delivering growth and ambitious commercial targets.

• Strong media, partnerships or commerce experience, ideally gained within retail media, digital platforms, FMCG/CPG or

• Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills and the credibility to build trusted relationships across partner, client and agency leadership teams.

• Strong commercial and P&L acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasts, revenue, margin and profitability.

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams, including coaching senior talent and building capability and succession.

• Strategic thinking and proposition development skills, with the ability to turn a vision and emerging opportunities into clear commercial roadmaps.

• Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills, with confidence operating in complex senior stakeholder environments.
