Sales Executive

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our client’s team, with a key focus on generating revenue, maximising sales opportunities and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll play an important role in developing customer relationships and identifying the right products and solutions to meet their needs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Managing and developing relationships with both existing and prospective customers, understanding their requirements and recommending suitable products and solutions.

* Using a consultative approach to identify customer needs, build rapport and maximise every sales opportunity.

* Handling sales conversations confidently, using effective questioning and negotiation techniques to achieve strong commercial outcomes.

* Working within agreed commercial parameters to increase sales, margin and overall customer value.

* Consistently achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets, demonstrating drive, resilience and a positive approach.

* Following up on opportunities and maintaining regular contact with customers to encourage repeat business and long-term relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing, sales or contact centre environment is desirable.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong customer relationships.

* A confident and proactive approach to sales, with the motivation to identify and convert opportunities.

* Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs within a fast-paced and commercially focused environment.

* Someone who is resilient, enthusiastic and keen to develop their sales career.
