We have a rare opportunity for a Mortgage Sales Manager looking to progress their career.

This role will cover 9 Barnard Marcus branches across Central and North London and could be a real career starter for the right individual.

This fantastic opportunity will offer an OTE of circa £90k and an excellent benefits package.

The role will see you effectively retain, recruit, train and manage a team of Mortgage Consultants with all levels of experience, providing an effective and efficient mortgage advisory service to customers in line with company policies, procedures, directives and statutory rules and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and certify a team of Mortgage Consultants to meet business and quality targets.
• Support recruitment and training efforts to build a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with Estate Agency and New Homes teams to drive appointment volumes and revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance and uphold customer-focused standards, including Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth.

Background, Experience and Qualifications

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification required.
• Proven success in mortgage sales leadership.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage and protection products.
• Experience motivating and managing sales teams.
• Understanding of estate agency operations and financial services regulations.
• Confident using mortgage sourcing software and digital tools.
