On the behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our clients busy and dynamic Sales Telephony Team. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone and email

* Process orders, manage delivery tracking, and handle modifications or cancellations

* Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience

* Develop a strong understanding of our products and services (full training provided)

* Identify opportunities to upsell or recommend additional products where appropriate

* Maintain a high standard of communication and customer care at all times
