On the behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our clients busy and dynamic Sales Telephony Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in sales or customer service to join a fast-paced environment where customer satisfaction is a top priority.

Our client is the UK largest supplier of cables and cable accessories in the UK. Their team operate nine branches across the UK and Ireland supplying domestic and European markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join their team looking to progress their career within this field !

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone and email

* Process orders, manage delivery tracking, and handle modifications or cancellations

* Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience

* Develop a strong understanding of our products and services (full training provided)

* Identify opportunities to upsell or recommend additional products where appropriate

* Maintain a high standard of communication and customer care at all times

About You:

Proven experience in telesales or customer service (essential)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
