About the Role
As Regional Executive Chef, you are the creative and strategic force behind elevating our culinary identity across the Southern estate. You will set and champion a bold, forward-thinking food vision that transforms our offering from consistently good to truly exceptional—defining what best-in-class looks like within the energy and scale of live events.
Balancing innovation with operational excellence, you will craft memorable, high-impact food experiences that delight guests, inspire teams, and drive commercial success. Through your leadership, you will embed a culture of quality, consistency, and continual evolution—ensuring every dish, service, and concept reflects the highest standards of modern hospitality while performing at scale.

You’ll be responsible for:
Define and deliver a step-change in food quality and experience, establishing clear culinary standards and a long-term roadmap that elevates the offer from reliable to distinctive, ensuring consistency across all venues while allowing for local relevance.
Lead and maintain high culinary standards by supporting and developing kitchen and event teams to deliver consistent food quality, service, and compliance with all health and safety requirements
Oversee operational delivery and financial performance, ensuring alignment with budgets, labour models, and agreed targets, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and performance
Contribute to menu development and innovation, using insight and analysis to develop commercially sound, high-quality food offerings and identify new opportunities
Build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring quality, consistency, and responsiveness to changing needs
Ensure robust controls across stock, food safety, and compliance processes, including ordering, waste management, audits, and operational reporting
We are looking for someone with:
Significant experience in a senior culinary leadership role, supported by relevant qualifications or equivalent expertise, with strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards (including HACCP and allergen management)
A track record of elevating food propositions—bringing fresh ideas, raising standards, and delivering measurable improvements in quality, guest satisfaction, and commercial performance.
The ability to define and embed a clear, distinctive culinary identity across multiple sites, balancing consistency with innovation in live, high-pressure environments.
Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver consistently in time-sensitive environments
An inclusive and supportive leadership style, with experience building, developing, and engaging high-performing teams
Flexibility to support event-led operations, including varied working patterns where required, with an understanding of the demands of live environments
